Voltera wins Most Innovative New Product for NOVA at CPES 2023

Montreal, Canada, May 18, 2023: Voltera, makers of rapid prototyping platforms for printed electronics, has announced they have been awarded Most Innovative New Product for NOVA, their modular dispensing platform for flexible hybrid electronics. The award was presented by intelliFLEX at CPES — Canada’s premier conference and trade show exhibition for flexible and hybrid electronics.
“We’re incredibly honored and humbled to receive this award from intelliFLEX for our new product, NOVA. Our team worked hard to create a solution for innovators who are making and researching the electronics of the future. We’re so grateful for the support we’ve received since launching NOVA last fall and it means so much to us to be recognized by the printed electronics community at CPES,” said Jesus Zozaya, Voltera CEO and co-founder.
NOVA uses precision extrusion technology to help users unlock new opportunities and accelerate the research and development of flexible hybrid electronics. It’s capable of printing a wide range of functional materials and high-viscosity inks. Built to be a rapid prototyping platform, NOVA streamlines the iteration process, allows users to make changes to materials and settings in minutes, and seamlessly scales designs to the production stage.
“The idea for NOVA began more than five years ago, so it was really exciting to see it launch last fall. Now we feel like we’ve come full circle having received this recognition from our printed electronics peers. So many people helped get Voltera and NOVA to where it is today. We’re extremely grateful for the support we received around NOVA’s launch and we’re thrilled to be bringing this award back to our team,“ said James Pickard, Product Director and co-founder of Voltera.

About Voltera:
Voltera is a rapidly scaling and profitable Canadian tech company that is driving substantial change in the additive electronics industry. Its first product, the V-One desktop PCB printer, modernized circuit board prototyping by exponentially increasing the pace of innovation and decreasing long lead times caused by supply chain disruptions.
With the recent addition of NOVA to Voltera’s product line, innovation is no longer limited by materials, or the technology required to print with them.
